Orders and Payments
- An order is placed on our baking schedule and secured ONLY when you receive your PayPal invoice and have paid in full.
- All payments will be made through PayPal only.
Depending on the season, our production schedule fills up fast. So don't wait too long to place your order, even if you don't have a final count of cookies!
Cookie Prices
- Minimum order is one dozen cookies (12)
- Custom decorated cookies begin at $3.75 per medium cookie.
- Cookie favors begin at $4.95 per large cookie.
- Mini cookies begin at $1.25 per mini cookie.
- Personalization add $0.25 per cookie.
- Reminder: Estimate will change due to size and complexity of cookie design.

- Minimum custom order is one dozen cookies (12).
- Minimum mini cookie order is four dozen minis (48)
- We do not make copyrighted character cookies.
Gluten Free, Egg Free and Vegan Options
- Gluten free, egg free and vegan cookies are available upon request.

Lead Time
- 7-14 days lead time is required prior to pick-up or shipping.
- We strongly recommend 14 days or more, especially during any holiday season.
- A 20% rush fee is applied to all orders made 7 or less days prior to pick up or shipping due date.
Please feel free to call and see if there is a spot on our production schedule if you are pressed for time. At times, customers either change dates or cancel orders freeing up a spot.
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled up to 10 days before your cookies are due will result in a 30% charge of your total order.
- Orders cancelled less than 10 days before your cookies are due will result in no refund.
Please understand all cookies are baked to order and decorated by hand. Every additional decoration used, be it royal icing, modeling chocolate or fondant are all hand made especially for you. We cannot recoup the cost of goods and labor once preparations for your cookies have begun.
